Write to grievance@aidotics.in. Include:

• your name and the mobile number or email registered with us;
• which Aidotics product this concerns — Partner app, BMS app, BMS web, or the website;
• what happened, and when;
• what you would like us to do.

Do not attach identity documents, medical records or bank details unless we specifically ask for them through a secure route.

If a complaint needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a response.

We can help with: access to your account, correction or deletion of your data, how our software works, billing and subscription issues, and misuse of the platform.

We will refer to the relevant care business: payment for a duty, working conditions, a decision to engage or not engage a partner, conduct during a duty, and complaints about a client or a care recipient. Aidotics provides software and does not employ partners or supervise duties. Where a complaint concerns a care business, we will refer it to that business and follow up.

You may approach:

• the Data Protection Board of India, for a complaint about personal data;
• the Grievance Appellate Committee, where applicable;
• a consumer forum or court of competent jurisdiction;
• the police, for any criminal matter.
